
Pastor Dre
Pastor Andreas Parsley-Williams, affectionately known as Pastor Dre and Prophet Dre, is a first-generation preacher whose ministry has spanned across more than four decades—the 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s. Beginning as a teenage preacher, he was reared under the leadership of prominent men of God, including Bishop Otis Floyd of Flint, Michigan; Bishop J. Drew Sheard of Detroit, Michigan; and Bishop Rico Butler of South Bend, Indiana. He is also a son in ministry to the late Bishop H.J. Williams of Saginaw, Michigan, who was instrumental in developing the Office of the General Secretary of the Church of God in Christ.
Known throughout the country as an evangelist and prophet, Pastor Dre has released three full-length albums and is preparing to release his fourth and fifth books. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Ministry degree. He is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Chaplaincy.
In addition to serving as the Senior Pastor and Founder of The Decision Christian Assembly, Pastor Dre serves as Chaplain and Volunteer Services Coordinator at the Cabarrus Juvenile Justice Campus. He also serves as an Administrative Assistant and Chief Operating Officer of the Puerto Rico Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop Elton Amos, M.D.
Pastor Dre is a devoted husband, father of six, grandfather, entrepreneur, recording artist, author, and community leader whose ministry is committed to transforming lives, strengthening families, and demonstrating the power of God across generations.
